• Participant can choose to stay within the camp site or outside camp site

• Food, class materials, class fee are included in the fee, regardless of in/out camp site accommodation

• Registration ticket is generated as either in camp site or out camp site (for all members in a ticket). 

• Registration ticket cannot be modified from in camp site to out camp site accommodation

• Registration ticket cannot be modified from out camp site to in camp site accommodation

• SB works with Delta Marriott Hotel in Willowbrook, IL with special ratings for outside accommodation

• Maximum occupancy in a hotel room is 4 for a family (parent + children). For individuals, max occupancy is 2. 

  • • 2 beds (4 people) = $900 (includes food in the abhyudaya facility)

    • 2 beds (3 people) = $675 (includes food in the abhyudaya facility)

    • 2 beds (2 people) = $450 (includes food in the abhyudaya facility)

    • 2 beds (Individual) = $225 (includes food in the abhyudaya facility)

• Each hotel room has two beds. If you want to share the room, find another person from your kendram and book together.

• If you fly to Chicago please let us know early for local transportation arrangements

• SB will help with transportation between Abhyudaya Center and the hotel, if required

• Accommodation type selected in the registration screen will be applied to all members in a ticket 

• If a participant chooses to stay at the hotel, there is still a class fee which includes food from Fri evening through Sun noon

• The participant should follow camp activities and food schedule

• The shibiram registration and hotel room booking are separate activities. The same applies to cancelling the registration. SB will help to cancel the shibiram registration. The participant has to cancel the hotel room booking himself/herself.
